Shifting of pump set from top of the sump tank to the bank of the river at a height of approx. 10 feet with the help of chain pulley block and moving trolley fitted with gantry at site. Loading of pump set in a tractor trolley from the bank of river near the sump tank after crawling/dragging pump set through a distance of 25 mtr. up to loading point and then shifting to Dabbar Potha through river side path approx. 1 Km and then further shifting to workshop with the help of mechanical transportation. Job including all types of carriages, loading & unloading, as well as hire charges of the vehicle. Dismantling of K.S.B make 85 H.P, K.R.T.K Submersible Motor Pump Unit at workshop for repairing motor and pump components. Complete overhauling of pump with fabrication and fitting of 01 No. gun metal wear ring of pump casing, 01 No. chuck nut, 01 No. guide bush and 01 No. steel space bush, 01 No. mesh seal oil rings along with rebuilding of 01 No. 356 mm multi-channel Impeller by way of welding, turning and reconditioning. Providing and fitting of thrust plate, providing & fitting of silicon carbide mechanical seals of pump & motor side (02 Nos.), Strengthening of casing of pump of inlet & outlet diameters 150 mm of Nickel Cast Iron material. Rebuilding, reconditioning of worn out portions of 76 mm Dia. impeller shaft of material A.I.S.I-410 (H&T) by re-metalling with special Welding electrodes in layers and then turning, grinding, polishing, finishing on lathe machine including rebuilding, finishing of key ways to true size. Also removing / checking eccentricity of impeller shaft with dial-gauge at various off sets. Removing deflection/eccentricity by heat treatment on hydraulic press. Removing deflection on heads/ends and then checking the alignment of the shaft on lathe machine. Providing & fitting of new fabricated cotter pins. Complete rewinding of three phase squirrel cage, 04 Poles, 85 H.P submersible motor by dismantling the rotor and stator and then rewinding completely with the original specified rewinding wire & F class insulation material. Providing and fitting of new motor bush housing one no. as per sample and specifications. Assembling of complete unit of submersible pump and motor, filling of oil and testing in the workshop. Shifting of submersible pump set from workshop after repairing to village Dabbar Potha then shifting the pump set to sump site of L.I.S Dabbar Potha through river path and unloading. Shifting of submersible pump set (complete assembly) up to unloading point to the river bank near sump tank and then lowering to roof of the sump tank from the river bank with the help of chain pulley block and moving trolley fitted with the gantry at site. Lowering of pump set complete assembly in the sump tank with the help of chain pulley block fitted with the gantry at site, fitting of pipes, bends and delivery pipe for jointing the pump to rising main. Providing all electrical connections and then testing, commissioning of pump set. Job including labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled workers and cost of R.I. sheet joints.
