The following repairs works will be carried out to the VEHICLE TATA XENON BA NO 17C-104782N OF GE (P) (NAVY) Visakhapatnam :-\n(a) Taking down four wheel greasing the complete four wheels, servicing the complete vehicle properly and refitting the complete four wheels after alignment of four wheels and water washing the vehicle complete.\n\n(b) Dismantling and opening the defective fuel pump and replacement of pump plunger 4 Nos, Rotor assembly - 01 Nos, bearing - 02 Nos, pump seal kit - 01 No, delivry valves - 04 Nos, Injector nozzle - 04 Nos, pressure testing of nozzles and testing the fuel pump after fixing in to proper prosition.\n\n(c) Drain out the complete Engine oil Gear oil replacement of New Engine oil of grade SAE 20 W 40, Gear oil C-600 grade, Gear box gasket and complete refitting and testing the same.\n\n(d) Taking out unserviceable seat belt set complete both sides and fixing new sheet belt sets in the vehicle.\n\n(e) Taking out unserviceable foot mat set and supply and placed of new foot mate set complete.\n\n(f) Dismantling the complete radiator drain out the complete water, cleaning the radiator and replacement of coolent and refitted the complete radiator and testing.\n\nNote :- Retrieved material will be the property of contractor and rate will be quoted after deducted of Rs 150/-
