( lgic ) , road / rail crossing through horizontal boring method / hdd mehtod and inserting 80 / 65 / 40 dia gi pipes and pushing hdpe / plb pipes / coil inside . bsnl will supply g . i . troughs / gi pipes in lengths approx 6m clamps and plb hdpe pipes / coils ( lgih ) i ) depth shall be 2m and above without gi protection . ii ) depth is less than 2m with gi protection as applicable . , laying of full round rcc ( isi mark ) / dwc pipe ( as per existing tec gr no:- gr / dwc-34 / 01 sep 2007 with latest amendment ) in trenches over plb hdpe pipes / coils , on culverts / bridges / nulla and for cases where cable is laid at less depth ( wherever required ) bsnl will supply rcc full round / rcc half split pipe ( isi mark ) or dwc full round pipe / dwc half -split pipe ( as per tec gr no:- gr / dwc-34 / 01 sep 2007 with latest amendment and coupler . materials required for sealing the coupling of rcc / dwc pipes will be arranged by the contractor ( lfrc ) , i ) full round rcc pipe , ii ) full round dwc pipe , laying of half-split rcc ( isi mark ) / dwc pipe ( as per existing tec gr no:- gr / dwc-34 / 01 sep 2007 with latest amendment ) in trenches over plb hdpe pipes / coils , onculverts / bridges / nulla and for cases where cable is laid at less depth ( wherever required ) bsnl will supply rcc full round / rcc half split pipe ( isi mark ) or dwc full round pipe / dwc half -split pipe ( as per tec gr no:- gr / dwc-34 / 01 sep 2007 with latest amendment and coupler . materials required for sealing the coupling of rcc / dwc pipes will be arranged by the contractor ( lsrc ) , i ) half split rcc pipe , ii ) half split dwc pipe , providing cement concrete 1:2:4 at wheel guard of bridge / culvert over the toe or in the trench for protection . plb hdpe ducts , gi pipes , will be supplied by the bsnl . all other materials required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor . rates include cost of material and standard curring , shuttering etc . and transportation from store . ( pcct ) , providing cement concrete 1:2:4 over the plb hdpe pipe with wire mesh in the trenches for protection , where the depth is less than 120cm ( cement concrete as per specification ) . plb hdpe ducts , gi pipes , will be supplied by the bsnl . all other materials required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor . rates include cost of material and standard curring , shuttering etc . and transportation from store .
