Design, manufacture, supply installation, testing & Commissioning of gantry of 2 Ton Chain pulley Block along with allied accessories for extraction of Foot valves and Suctions Pipes installed at LIS Rajpur Kamila. The job involves construction of RCC Concrete blocks 2Nos. of Size (0.5m x 0.5m x 1 m) adjacent to the suction pipes for anchoring of vertical square sections. The job involves excavation of trench of size (0.5m x 0.5m x 0.5m) by excavating soil, removal of excavated material and disposing off the same, laying of crushed stones 40mm, laying of one layer of 1:2:4 concrete mass, 4” depth, providing and laying of M.S angel (40 x 40 x 6 mm) mesh throughout the blocks by laying of 1:1.5:3 concrete mass done at site. Providing and fitting of suitable no. of vertical steel members for all blocks and cement concrete to be properly grouted in the blocks with complete curing. Fabrication of 2 Nos. 4m height vertical square section of size (0.25m x 0.25m) out of M.S angle of 40x40x6mm size at the base for erection of the square sections. The job involves shifting of the square section from the workshop to the roadside near the station by transport and then further shifting to the site of installation on head load and dragging using suitable tools and tackles. Erection of the 2 nos. Square sections by anchoring them in the RCC.The job involves providing and fitting of ISMB 150, measuring 18 feet and welding it on the top of two square sections by lifting and placing it on sections. Job also involves providing and fitting of 2Ton chain pulley block along with horizontal movement mechanism on the overhead gantry for its testing and commissioning. The job includes the cost of materials from various sources of locations of availability in the market, cost of hire charges against shuttering material, plastering / finishing, cutting, laying and binding of steel, labour charges for curing of foundation blocks, cost of chain pulley block and M.S steel angles and channel of suitable size etc. ,labour charges for fabrication of overhead gantry and welding set & Oxy-acetylene gas equipments, transportation charges, skilled /semiskilled labour charges at the site of installation. Fabrication and installation of M.S. Staircase 10feet long 2.5 feet wide with working platform [2.5 feet long, 2.5 feet wide] from 40mm dia. M.S Pipe for railing and 40×6mm M.S flat for working platform and MS angle iron 40x40x6mm & M.S channel 75x40mm. The staircase should have steps of size 2.5feet long with rise 10 inch and tread 10 inch. The staircase should be properly fixed by way of welding of suitable nos. of M.S legs to be grouted in cement concrete along the side of bank of nallah and required nos. M.S angle iron posts for proper clamping of railing on both sides with suitable nos. of M.S. angle iron and M.S. iron flat supports for M.S. stair case for its proper fixing. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and painting charges by applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of black enamel for its longevity and smooth finish.
