Contractor / All operators is responsible for any damages / losses of respective Electrical Equipment. 4. Contractor should arrange the Uniform/ overall dangri - 01 set,Rubber shoes - 01 set ,Torch light - 01 No for each operator. 5.Contractor will provide First Aid Box with minimum requirement of medicines,cotton,scissor,band aid etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6.Contractor will provide and upkeep Daily maintenance register,attendance register and duty roaster for each plant properly as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7. Suitable releaving staff shall be deployed by contractor. 8. Tools open end & Ring Spanner set, Plier, Hammer and other tools as required for maintenance of plant and tools required for keeping surrounding area and installation in presentable shall be provided | 1005 | Per Shift |
