Supply of Tri-cycle with rear body/ Pushcart for garbage handling 442 Nos for the Village Panchayats in Package No.04 Cheyyar Sub Division of Tiruvannamalai District\n(As per the dimensions and specifications given in Annexure-I of this tender document) \nCONDITIONS:\n1) The Bidder should supply the Tri-cycles with rear body/Pushcart for garbage handling in compliance with the specification mentioned.\n2) The bidder shall quote the basic rate inclusive of freight, transit insurance, loading, unloading at site, toll and any such other levies / taxes as may be applicable at point of delivery, i.e. to any Village Panchayat(s) in Tiruvannamalai District and/or to any other location within the District as specified by the District Collector or any officer of the Rural Development Department in the purchase order. The basic rate shall be excluding GST i.e., SGST, CGST and IGST which shall be indicated separately.\n3) The rate should be quoted both in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy, lower of the two shall be taken for consideration.\n4) The rate is valid for one year from the date of signing of agreement.
