( E ) Contractor Is Responsible For Minor Repairs Near Pump House Area To Carried Out I . E To Arrest Water Leakage Including Changing Gland Packing , Applying Grease To Respective Plants , And Cleaning / Bushes Cutting Surrounding Pump House / Overhead Tank . ( F ) Suitable Releaving Staff Shall Be Deployed By Contractor . ( G ) Tools Open End & Ring Spanner Set , Plier , Hammer And Other Tools As Required For Maintenance Of Plant And Tools Required For Keeping Surrounding Area And Installation In Presentable Shall Be Provided By Contractor .
