Preventive, routine & General/ Normal break-down maintenance of Transformer/ Switch-yard equipments, C & R panels, RTCC panel, ACDB, Battery sets(110 Volts) Lightning System (switch-yard, control room, store building etc.), round the clock by a team comprising experienced technical person in Electrical trade as TG-II/Electrical-1, line man/fitter-1 and skilled helper-2 as per standard practice of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE for the period of one year with cost of men, misc. consumable (cotton cloth, battery water, mobile grease, petroleum jelly, M-seal, Anna bound, Teflon tap, insulation tape, CRC etc.) T&P etc required for the job except the spare/items/materials, equipments, which shall be provided by department as required for completion of job (1 job for 1 month).

Regular maintenance of lawn garden & flower vases including proper cutting of grass, hedges, ornamental plant/trees, seasonal flower etc. along with maintenance of trees/ plant/ hedges along the roads between main gate to control room/ store at Sub-Station to keep them healthy & green including replacement of aired plant, grass, seasonal flower etc. for period of one year with all cost of man and material T&P etc. required for completion of job (1 job for 1 month).

Daily general cleaning and maintenance/up keep of control room, associated office, battery room, etc. By brooming & mooping along with cleaning of associated toilets including brooming of CC roads/floor & trench cover and scraping of unwanted growths in between joint of CC roads etc. at Sub-Station for the Period of one year with all cost of men, material and T & P required for completion of job (1 job for 1 month).

Cleaning and grass cutting of switch-yard by scraping of grass, Bush wood, shrubs & plants etc. weeding out of wild growth roots, seed etc including of small wild trees if any at Sub- Station premises and disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish & garbage etc. by throwing it outside of Sub- Station boundary 4 times in one year with all cost of man, consumables, T & P etc required for completion of job. (1 job for 1 month).
