The Works Involves Removal , Refitment Of Total Equipment , Gear Box Overhauling Along With Renewal Of Bearings ( Skf ) , Bushes , Sleeves , Oil Seals , Pulleys , Chains , Couplings , Pinion Gear Wheels , Gypsy , Winch Drums , Gaurds , Hull Neck Bearings/Bushes , Oil Gauge Glasses , Oil Breathers If Required All End Covers To Be Replaced , Drums Dismantling , Renewal Of All Drum Bushes And Zipsy Bushes , If Found Any Wear To Be Built Up And Machining To Be Carried Out On The Equipment ( Like Drums , Gear Boxs . ) , Break Bands & Liners To Be Renewed . 1	1	SoW FOR SMB, RIB and GEMINI DAVIT WINCHES: \nThe following Overhauling / repair works are to be carried out on SMB Davit, RIB Davit and Gemini Davit winches and its Winch Gearboxes with their auxiliary systems and equipments. And alignement to be carried out with motors, equipment to be proved to satisfaction of ship staff / Naval trial agency. The works involves removal, refitment of total equipment, gear box overhauling along with renewal of bearings(SKF), bushes, sleeves, oil seals, pulleys, chains, couplings, pinion gear wheels, gypsy, winch drums, gaurds, hull neck bearings/bushes, oil gauge glasses, oil breathers if required all end covers to be replaced, Drums dismantling, renewal of all drum bushes and zipsy bushes, if found any wear to be built up and machining to be carried out on the equipment (like drums, gear boxs.), Break bands & liners to be renewed. Note: Gearbox oil draining, grease nipples renewal, greasing of gear box, oil breathers & oil level indicators renewal covered in contracors scope.
