Name of Work: “Construction of new lab space for developing novel MEAs for fuel cell applications in Fuel Cell Lab at IOCL, R&D Centre, and Faridabad. Notes : 1.Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition.
