Activities Required Time To Time At Tanakpur Barrage Site . , Cleaning Of Barrage And Hr Bridge Including Drainage Holes , Temporary Civil Office Premises , Area Around The Hm Workshop Building , Silt Store , Wayto Scooter Stand , Way To Civil Office , Entrance Gate Of Barrage , Cleaning Water Storage Tanks And Removal Of Undesired Vegetation From Concrete Structure Of Tanakpur Barrage , Monitoring Of Civil Structures Including Patrolling Of Both Afflux Bunds , Guide Bunds And Other Misc . Works Such As Maintenance Of Water Supply Etc . At Tanakpur Barrage Site . ( The Rates & Prices Quoted By The Bidder For The Above Work Shall Be Exclusive Of Epf Contribution On The Part Of Employer& Insurance , In Respect Of This Contract . The Epf Contribution On The Part Of Employer In Respect Of This Contract Shall Be Paid By The Contractor . These Contributions On The Part Of Employer Paid By The Contractor And Applicable Gst On Insurance & Epf Paid By The Contractor Shall Be Reimbursed By The Engineer-In-Charge To The Contractor On Actual Basis On Production Of Documentary Evidence . Insurance Will Be Reimbursed As Per Actual , Subject To Submission Of Documentary Proof . Insurance Will Be Restricted Maximum Upto 2 . 55% Of Basic Wage Amount )
