tender forPurchasing Fixing Equipments For Record Room----Manufacturing and Supply of 1900H x 900W x 430D Compactor With 6 shelf 5 Compartment ( Each Compartment 2 box Loading) Main Body Made by 1mm CRCA Sheet Shelf’s are made by 0.8 CRCA sheet Chassis, rail, fixing Bracket are made by 2.5mm CRCA Sheet All CRCA Components / parts are done with rust proof powder coating 70 to 80 microns , Load Bearing capacity of each shelf is 70kg Height is inclusive of Track & Trolley Width is exclusive of front panel & drive box All the racks will be provided with 7 shelves making 6 compartments All the Shelves & panels are made up of 20 guage (1.00 mm) CRCA sheets and cladding sheets are made up of 22 gauge (0.8mm) CRCA sheets Each unit will be provided with Acrylic Card holder for indexing purpose Each unit will be provided with manually operated safety stopper for the safety of the operator working between the Compactors. All the nuts & bolts electro galvanized. Epoxy Powder Coated Finish Load Bearing Capacity per Shelf (UDL): 100 Kgs. Trolley wheels are cast iron provided on chassis with bearing & accessories. Drive Mechanism: Wheels are mounted on the frame through Padestrials & driven by ‘Diamond’ chains Sprockets with help of steering wheel. Master Lock will be provided at the end of Racks. (Including GST 18% )=> Open
