| 1 | Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of 33/11 KV Main Recieving Station round the clock in 3 shift (ie 1st Shift 0600-1400 Hrs, 2nd Shift 1400-2200 Hrs, 3rd Shift 2200-0600 Hrs)(Per shift of 8hrs ) by employing qualified Skilled electrician and trained helper including Sunday and holiday for the following equipments and preparing the records such as Log sheet, duty roster, attendance register etc complete all as directed.\n(i) Power transformer 33/11 KV, 6MVA Capacity- 01 Nos\n(ii) SF6 Circuit Breaker - 03 Nos \n(iii) HT 11 KV VCB - 10 Nos\n(iv) DC battery bank - 01 Nos\n(v) APFC Panel 640 KVAR - 02 Nos\n(vi) Operation of mechanical GODs 11 KV voltage grade in various feeder. \nNote :-\nWorks carried out includes the following conditions and the cost for which are deemed to be incuded in quoted rate. :-\n(i) The contractor should maintain Daily log sheets, 33 KV /11 KV Breakdown and Shut down and visual check records as per format provided by the Deptt.\n(ii) The contractor should maintain earth test, dielectric strength test record of oil for all 33 KV/11 KV plants and equipments.\n(iii) The contractor should maintain cleanliness of the surrounding areas inside and upto 1 mtr outside the fencing of Instalation. (iv) The contractor should provide fuse wire as and when required for 11 & 33 KV DO fuse.\n(v) Adress all LT & HT nature complaints inside RMS and attend the phone calls on service handset.\n(vi) Uniform, safety equipments & tools etc as required are included in quoted rates.\n | 1005 | Per Shift |
