| 2 | 2 | Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage in the Sixteenth row of F column in this BOQ after selecting the option for excess ( +) or less (-) available at the Sixteenth row E column of this BOQ to quote the percentage above / below MES standard schedule of rates 2010. (ii) Amount inserted by MES under the rate column and the total estimated cost reflected in this BOQ is the cost at par SSR and is for guidance only. Similarly the quoted amount shall also be treated as approximate. The acceptance of contractor's offer shall be done for the quoted percentage rate above/below MES standard schedule of rates 2010. The work order for various works/services will be placed for amount worked out /priced on the rate contained in MES schedule Part-II adjusted by the percentage quoted by the tenderer as per terms of condition 4 A of General condition of contract (IAFW-2249). (iii) The tenderer shall note that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount mentioned in this BOQ and the contractor shall be bound to execute all such works/services ordered during the period of contract at the rate contained in MES schedule 2010 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage.
