| 1 | 1 | Operation, repair and maintenance of six nos. sub-stations including existing HT/LT lines and street lights for 24 hours per day along with watch and ward for deputing the skilled labour and replacement of any minor spare parts i.e., HT line fuse, fuse wire, thimble, tape roll, empire tape and kit kat as required for smooth running of the electrical supply / street lights. The service provider will also be responsible for payment of statutory liabilities such as EPF, ESI, Sundays and Holidays as notified by the University and the same will be deposited / paid to the person deputed in the University for this job. Only labour escalation will be applicable as per revision of labour wages time to time by the HP Govt. during the contract period. In case the work is not found satisfactory for repeated spell in spite of instruction both verbal / written from the Engineer-in-charge, penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day for the day will be deducted from the bill of the Contract for 1st and 2nd time and thereafter Rs. 2000/- per day for which no refund at the later stage will be made at any cost. The financial evaluation for job item 04 Nos. Electrician ITI qualified and 03 Nos. T-mate considered. However if the major fault of existing HT/LT line in the campus area, the part time labour will be arranged by the Service provider himself at his own cost and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
