(SH:- Servicing overhauling and Comprehensive Maintenance of WTAC/ STAC and Refrigerator Units.), servicing and overhauling of split ac , wtac & water cooler units of 1 . 0/1 . 5/2 . 0 tr capacity with coil shine chemical & high pressure water pump , oiling/greasing of blower and condenser motor , checking and tightening of electrical connections , replacement of defective wiring of any i/c dismantling gas charging , pdg required size copper pipe and reinstallation at the existing location after servicing and commissioning etc . as required . ( aamc , rental & porta cabin ) , wtac/stac , refrigerator , comprehensive maintenance of wtac/stac of ( 1 . 5/2 . 0 ) tr/ water coolers of different makes and sizes installed at various places including labour charge and replacement of all defective parts , charging of refrigerant gas in case of leakage pdg . copper pipe as required size ( except replacement of compressor and new fan motor ) etc complete as reqd . ( 105 unit per month ) , supplying and charging of m-22/r-134a refrigerant gas in the existing wtac/ stac/refrigerant/water dispenser of all sizes i/c necessary copper pipe , capillary , filter , pressure testing and flushing the complete system and gas charging complete as reqd . , supplying and replacement of following capacity compressor ( rotary/reciprocating ) in the existing windows/split type ac unit i/c brazing , copper pipe connection , pressure testing & charging r-22 gas etc . as and when reqd . during maintenance . make;- emerson//hitachi/carrier . , 1/8 tr rotary/ reciprocating type , 1 . 5 tr rotary/ reciprocating type , 2 . 0 tr rotary/ reciprocating type , supplying and replacement of new fan motor in the 1 . 5/2 . 0 tr wt ac of different makes i/c removal of unserviceable motor , electrical connections blower , blades , reconnections adjustments & testing & commissioning etc as required at site . , supplying & fixing of following motors 230 volts 50hz single phase suitable for amtrex/hitachi/blue star make 1 . 5/2 tr split type ac units complete with connection testing as required . , motor of indoor unit , motor for outdoor unit , supplying , installation testing and commissioning of following capacity cooling coil in various make the existing wt ac/split ac complete with brazing the copper piping , pressure testing & charging of r-22 gas etc as required at site . , 1 . 5 tr cooling coil / condenser coil , 2 . 0 tr cooling coil / condenser coil , dismantle material credit:- , compressor , fan motor/blower motor , condensor coil/cooling coil
