| 1 | Repair & replacement of water supply line by following :-\na) Cutting the existing GI /PPR pipe of 80/90 mm dia andreducing to required length in position for inserting new tees, branches etc (01 No).\nb) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations manholes etc or for laying cable/ pipes erecting poles etc not exceeding 10 Sqm onplan and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed (5.4 Cum).\nc) Returning, filing in including spreading, levlling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep as in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed (4.8 Cum).\nd) Removing excavated material (soft disintegrated rock) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed (0.6 Cum).\ne) Supply, lay, connect and testing steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with screwed and socketed joints, in any length including supply and fixing all fittings, ISI marked conforming to IS - 1239 and laid in trenches / wall / floor complete all as specified for 65 mm dia (50 RM) by taking out removing existing pipe line.\n(f) Supply, lay, connect and testing steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with screwed and socketed joints, in any length including supply and fixing all fittings, ISI marked conforming to IS - 1239 and laid in trenches / wall / floor complete all as specified for 20 mm dia (18 RM) by taking out removing existing pipe line.\ng) Supply fix and testing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of 65 mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed (03 Each) after taking out and removing existing items.\nh) Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of NRV butterfly valve type with necessary fittings, flanges, nut bolts etc as per specification details non return valves shall be cast iron spring action swing check type. An arrow mark in the direction of flow shall be marked on the body of the valve. The valve shall bear to IS-5312 certification. The valve shall be of cat iron body and cover. The internal flap in the direction of water shall be of cast iron and hinged by a hinge pin of high tensile brass or stainless steel cast iron parts shall be confirm to 13:210/40, grade 200/260 type of size 65 mm dia (02 Each) after taking out and removing existing items.\nj) Supply and fix foot valve 65 mm dia, confirming to IS : 4083, dead weight plunger with guide weight, rubber flap complete with joining materials i.e rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed (02 Each) after taking out and removing existing items.\nk) Supply and fix strainer Y type at the inlet of pump to avoid any impurities entering the pump, confirming to IS, size 65 mm dia (02 Each) after taking out and removing existing items.\n(l) Items removed shall be the property of contractor and credit offered shall be considered in quoted rate. \n\n\n\n | 1 | Job |
