( G ) Meter Reader Deployed By The Contractor Should Have Adequate Knowledge Of Generating Of Electric Bills . , Note For All Items Of Schedule A ( Boq ) Rate Quoted By The Tenderer For This Schedule Should Not Be Less Than Minimum Wages , Epf , Bonus , Labour Cess & Gst And Esi . Gst & Labour Cess Portion Is Fixed At Prescribed Rate On The Basis Of Minimum Wages , Epf And Bonus Only .
