| 1 | 1 | Consultancy services for the following works under GE (I) (CG) Porbandar :-\n(a) Consultancy for planning and design of Centralised Sewage Stystem alongwith sewage treatment plant for existing and proposed infrastructure bldgs at ICGS Okha under GE (I) (CG) Porbandar.\n(b) Consultancy for planning and design of Centralised Sewage Stystem alongwith sewage treatment plant for existing and proposed infrastructure bldgs at CGDHQ-1, Porbandar under GE (I) (CG) Porbandar.\nScope of Work :-\n(a) Premliminary site visit for observation of existing system.\n(b) Site Survey of the total area under ICGS Okha, CGDHQ01, Porbandar and soil investigation for STP location and treated water sump.\n(c) Collection of present population data, arrive at futuristic population and design the sewerage line network and sewage treatment plant.\n(d) Collection of Existing water supply data and Sewage Network data.\n(e) Qualitative and Quantitative assessment of waste water.\n(f) Preparation of Schematic diagram indication sewage line layout and site of proposed STP in consultation with the users.\n(g) Preparation of hydraulic design, drawings and calculation of proposed sewage network and getting approved by MES.\n(h) Design of STP of on the principle of aerobic attached growth non clogging randomly Moving Bed Bi-Reactor (MMBR) including mechanical and Civil works for STP of approximate capacity 100 Cum/day as per the OEM specifications to achieve desired treated sewage parameters as given in Annx after prior approval by MES in consultation with users.\n(j) Design of STP shall comply guide lines issued by Gujarat State Pollution Control Board including Management of solid waste/ sludge generated out of treatment process.\n\n | item1 | 1 | Job |
| 2 | 2 | (Contd from Ser No 1 above)\n\n(k) Design of STP shall include complete Arch design, Structural design, including treated water collection sump with pump house, Mechanical design, Electrical control & circuiting instrumentation etc. schematic treatment process flow diagram with drawings will be enclosed as per Gujarat State Pollution Control Board.\n(l) All equipment and civil works will be designed considering atmosphere conditions prevailing at Okha and Porbandar.\n(m) The report shall also include the underground pipe line system for recirculation of treated water to various gardens, static water tanks if any etc in the area. \n(n) Before finalising the report, a presentation shall be made by the firm in the presence of officials from both Coast Guard and MES side at Okha to finilise the details.\n(o) Submission of Interim report incl design calculation & drawings.\n(p) Getting the Scheme approved from IIT/NIT/Govt Engineering collage offering Master degree in PHE/E-in –C’s branch and submit for approval from CE (CG) Goa.\n(q) Submission of final report with all design calculation of scheme, Schematic layout of proposed sewage system, Arch, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical drawings.\n(r) Submission of BOQ with at least three makes for each manufactured.\n(s) Submission of BOQ against scheme given in final report with specification in TWO Hard copies and soft copies.\n(t) Consultancy will be in force till completion of the main work on ground and render all technical support during currency of execution of work whenever required.\n |
