Cutting Of Damaged Portion , Bending & Welding Of New Plate 500 Mm X 500 Mm X 20 Mm Along With Required Stiffeners . Slag , If Any Deposited Shall Be Cut In The Required Area . 2 . Raw Material ( New Ms Plate ) Shall Be Provided By Midhani . Required Size Of Material Shall Be Cut From It . Reference Drawings Ladle ( 449002-11-00-A3 ) & Spout Type Shell ( 449001-12-01-A3 ) Are Attached . 3 . Cutting & Welding Set , Welding Electrodes , Tools & Tackles Shall Be In The Scope Of Contractor . Oxygen & Da Gas Shall Be Provided By Midhani . 4 . In Case Of Furnace Shell , The Repair Job Shall Be Completed Within 10 Days From The Date Of Intimation To The Contractor And In Case Of Ladle , Repair Job Shall Be Completed Within 15 Days From The Date Of Intimation To The Contractor . , Repair Of Furnace Shell/Ladle Of Area 1000 Mm X 1000 Mm:Scope Of Work And Terms & Conditions:1 . Raw Material ( New Ms Plate ) Shall Be Provided By Midhani . Required Size Of Material Shall Be Cut From It . Reference Drawing Ladle ( 449002-11-00-A3 ) Is Attached . 3 . Cutting & Welding Set , Welding Electrodes , Tools & Tackles Shall Be In The Scope Of Contractor . Oxygen & Da Gas Shall Be Provided By Midhani . 4 .
