Note: The rate shall be inclusive of GST as applicable from time to time for goods and services (ie., which may include loading (lorries waiting for loading)and unloading charges and stacking etc..,). Also the price quoted should be the same irrespective of the Block of the district, where Bitumen and Bitumen Emulsion is to be delivered.

CONDITIONS:\n1) The rate quoted is applicable for the conveyance to all the blocks and other designated places within the District as may be specified by the District Collector or any officer of the Rural Development Department as indicated in the purchase order.\n2) The bidder shall quote the basic rate inclusive of loading, unloading, toll and any such other levies/taxes as may be applicable excluding CGST,SGST, IGST.\n3) CGST,SGST, IGST will be applicable at prevailing rates and to be quoted separately in the relevant columns.\n4) The rate should be quoted in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy, lowest of the two shall be taken for consideration.\n5) The rate shall be valid for one year from the date of signing of agreement or till finalisation of next rate contract, whichever is earlier.\n
