This includes providing 05 individuals in skilled category including reliever + 01 supervisor in skilled category. Reliever is for providing weekly off without any extra cost. The contract includes payment of minimum wages to the contractual labour (as revised from time to time), payment of bonus, leave with wages, PF, and providing safety shoes, helmet and uniform etc. The Payment for wage escalation including enhanced minimum wages, PF etc. will be paid separately from time to time and are not included in the estimated rate of this BoQ. Transport assistance is included in the estimated rate which is presently Rs. 69 per day. ESI is presently not applicable and will be paid separately, if it becomes applicable, so till that time workers to be covered as Workmen compensation Act. ESI is not included in the estimated rate of this BOQ but Premium for WC policy is included in this amount. The contract period is initially for one year and it is extendable for two more years with terms of one year each at the sole discretion of the Corporation.
