    Rate Contract For The Supply Of Pushcart For Garbage Handling Required For The Village Panchayats In Pudukkottai District , Supply Of Tri-Cycle With Rear Body / Pushcart For Garbage Handling Required For The Village Panchayats In Pudukkottai District ( As Per The Dimensions And Specifications Given Annexure-I Of This Tender Document ) , Conditions: 1 ) The Bidder Should Supply The Tri-Cycles With Rear Body / Pushcart For Garbage Handling In Compliance With The Specification Mentioned . 2 ) The Bidder Shall Quote The Basic Rate Inclusive Of Freight , Transit Insurance , Loading , Unloading At Site , Toll And Any Such Other Levies / Taxes As May Be Applicable At Point Of Delivery , I . E . To Any Village Panchayat ( S ) In Pudukkottai District And / Or To Any Other Location Within The District As Specified By The District Collector Or Any Officer Of The Rural Development Department In The Purchase Order . The Basic Rate Shall Be Excluding Gst I . E . , Sgst , Cgst And Igst Which Shall Be Indicated Separately . 3 ) The Rate Should Be Quoted Both In Figures And Words . In Case Of Any Discrepancy , Lower Of The Two Shall Be Taken For Consideration . 4 ) The Rate Is Valid For One Year From The Date Of Signing Of Agreement .
