The system would support offline meter data entry.The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data:\n(a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy, Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency\n(b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand\n(ii) Billing Module\nThe billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users.\n 279 Each
