Consultant Charges for Study/analysis required for assessing reasons of power transformer failure in DTL after detailed study on the following:-\n\n1.1 Detailed study of Delhi Network consisting of transformers and various other switchgear elements for the fault level with various case studies considering variation in load /system connectivity in different seasons. The detail of the transformer along with transmission system in DTL network (Voltage wise) attached as Annexure-XI (DTL System details).\n\n1.2. Detailed study of stress on the transformers for the switching of inductive and capacitive load of downstream network along with Over Voltages in the system.\n\n1.3. Detailed study of stress on the transformers due to frequent trippings/outages of the DISCOM feeders emanating from DTL and inter Discom feeders.\n\n1.4. Impact of switching surges/lightening in the failure of transformers.\n\n1.5. Detailed study of the failed transformers in DTL network and submission of the fault analysis report.\n\n1.6. Suggestive measures to minimize failure of transformers in the DTL network based upon the above study.\n
