| 1 | 1 | PIPING SPOOL SUPPLY,FABRICATION & DELIVERY AT SITE : \n- Supply of piping materials like, pipe, fittings, flanges , Fabrication of Piping Spools including cutting, edge preparation, (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipe, fittings, flanges etc. to match with the mating edges of uneven/different thickness wherever required); fitup, bending, preheating/ post heating wherever required, welding\n(including stress relieving), threading, tappings for pressure gauges, thermowells, sample connections and fittings, like elbows, reducers, tees, piping specials such as mitres and fabricated fittings, vents, drains, reinforcement pads, cleaning & flushing by water/compressed air\n- Surface - preparartion, application of primer, intermdiate and final coat , marking as per painting specification\n- All type of testing as specified in the specification for Non- Destructive Examination of Piping including pressure test including test medium as per specifications / codes , draining of water , drying by compressed air,\n- Performing Positive Material Identification(PMI) using alloy analysers-\n- Engaging approved Third Party Inspection agency (TPIA) for stage wise inspection for procurement and fabrication, inspection release notes all inclusive as per approved QAP/ITP\n- Packing and delivery of fabricated spools at Paradip site \n- Including all consumables, labour, machineries, supervision, preparation & submission of necessary document etc. needed to complete work as per specifications and drawings | | | |
