    Tender For Mechanical Works Of New Wmz Steel Yard At Barc-Trombay, Mumbai - 1.Shifting of mild steel pipe racks, round bar stands and platforms to New WMZ Steel Yard and re-arrangement of all the pipe racks within the steel yard. Segregation, shifting of stainless steel raw material such as large dia. pipes, Hollow Bar Nozzles (HBN), plates, round bars, billets stored at various locations inside BARC premises (A WTF site/ W1P Site), stacking, loading, unloading, unboxing and systematic re-arrangement of these raw material manually with the help of Hydra/ crane being provided by the department free of cost. 2. After cleaning of the relocated pipe racks, the same shall be painted with 2 coats of epoxy red oxide (In scope of the contractor) and 2 coats of grey epoxy paint (also in scope of the contractor. 3. Structural work with material ofM.S fencing door. 4. Fabrication, supply and installation of portable cabin.
