B) Rodent Bait Shall Be Used Only Outside The Buildings And In The Premises Of Ice Cream Plant Ballari . C) Trapped/Dead Rodents Shall Be Disposed Offimmediately Outside The Dairy Premises In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Any Foul Odour Or Create Contamination In The Dairy Premises. D) Extensive Rodent Control By Way Of Different Methods- Cages, Glue Traps Shall Be Done In High Risk Areas Such As Finished Goods Stores. E) Bait Stations Shall Be Identified Suitably And Bait Map Shall Be Provided For References Ii Control Of Flying And Crawling Insects. A)Suitable Sprays Which Are Safe And Non Hazardous To Food Shall Be Used And They Shall Not Affect The Existing Sensitive Environment. B)Fly Bands Shall Be Allotted For Flying Insects C) Preventive Control Shall Be Provided So That No Pesticide Chemical Spray Shall Be Used In The Production, Packing And Storage Areas. D) All The Equipments And Packing Machines Shall Also Be Covered Under The Control Of Flying And Crawling Insects Apart From Premises. E) Crawling Insects Management: Crawling Insects Such As Cock Roaches, Ants, Millipedes Etc. Including Spider Crawling Inside The Premises And Buildings Shall Be Suitably Controlled. Iii Fumigation: A) Fumigation Shall Be Done For Ice Cream Freezers, Cold Stores, Ante Rooms, Packing Room, Hardening Rooms, Electrical Panel Boards; Cup/Cone/Candy Machine Of Icp Section , And Storage Rooms On Monthly Once. B) Termite Treatment Of Wooden Pallets Shall Be Done On Need Basis. Iv Approved Chemicals Should Be Used For Pest Control, It Shall Not Contaminate Or Pose Any Hazard To Milk And Milk Products. Msds And Non-Toxicity Certificates Shall Be Provided For The Chemicals Used Based On Nabl Certified Laboratory Report. Thermal Fogging Treatment For Mosquito Control : Ice Cream Plant Premises Covering The Area Surroundings Of Finished Goods Stores, Stores, Despatch Dock, Production Room , Staff Rooms On Need Basis. Vi. Personnel Shall Be Exclusively Stationed At Kmf Nandini Ice Cream Plant, Ballari To Carry Out Pest Control Activity On Day To Day Basis Who Shall Take Confirmation From Concerned Section Heads For Having Carried Out The Pest -Control Activity On Day To Day Basis And Maintain Record For The Same. Pest Control Training Certificate For The Deputed Personnel Shall Be Provided. Vii. The Pest Control Representative Shall Posses The Training And Medical Certificates, And At The Time Of Pest Control Activity The Representative Shall Ware Uniform;Id Card; Cap And Mask . Ix. The Eligible Service Provider Should Possess The License Certificate From Agricultural Department. Payment - Payment Will Be Made Once In A Month, Against Satisfactory Completion Performance Of The Work Duly Certified By The Concerned Authorities.=> Open
