D . = 572Mm , Inside Height = 851Mm ) , Removing Spillages Such As Bitumen / Asphalt / Wax / Lube Oil / Sludge Etc . Manually From Storage Tank Farms , Pump Houses , Filling , Handling Areas And / Or From The Storm Water Drains / Culverts , Roads And / Or From Any Other Locations As Directed , From Time To Time By Scrapping , De-Canding Using Spade And Other Tools , Collecting The Scrapped Stuff In Open Drums Of 200 Litres Capacity ( I . E . 90% Fill Without Spillage ) Stack The Drums Filled With Collected Stuff On The Sides Of Roads , Outside The Tankfarms Or Any Other Suitable Nearby Site Of Work As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge Including All Labour , Tools & Tackles , Etc .
