All cells under column 7 (seven) will be filled by the firm including the Pre-fixed rates of column 6 (six). No cell of column 7 will be left blank. 2. GST, as applicable on the date of filling up of tenders by the vendors, will be filled in column 8. GST as applicable to one category vehicle will be same for all it's clauses.* Please note that only figures of percentage of the GST will be mentioned in column 8 and the percentage sign (%) will not be mentioned. 3. The value of the contract and its Performance Bank Guarantee will be calculated after taking into account the GST (as applicable).4. Pre-fixed Rates : (a) Rates for Extra Per Km, Extra Per Hour, Day halt and Night halt clauses have been Pre-fixed by the competent authority and the same have been reflected under column No 6 against the respective clauses. While quoting their rates in column 7, the vendors will quote these pre-fixed rates against these clauses. Any variation from these rates, if quoted in the respective clauses, will render the bids invalid. Example. In column 7 row 1.02, the rates to be quoted by vendor (For Extra per Km) should be Rs. 11.00 since these are pre-fixed.(b) For other clauses, firms are free to quote their most competitive rates as deemed appropriate by them.
