With Bronze/SS Impeller \nDynamic Head: 150 Mtrs. \nMake: KSB/Kirloskar/Calama/Shakti \nMOTOR /PRIME MOVER: \nType: Submersible \nSpeed: 2900 RPM \nPhases: 3 - Phase AC supply , 50 Hz frequency \nMake: KSB/Kirloskar/Calama/Shakti Capacity (As recommended by Pump Manufacturer).\n Submersible motor should be water filled, water lubricated having capacity for above pumping parameters and working on 3 phase; AC supply ranging from 380 to 420 volts, 50 HZ .The motor should be sealed by radial rings to avoid mixing of well water with motor filled water. The job includes providing and fitting of interlocking arrangement against any failure of coupling. It must be fabricated out of MS strips/rods of suitable size and length. The job includes providing and fitting of appropriate size G.I nipple 2 feet long threaded on one end and welded to MS flange of 80 mm Dia, 10 mm thick at other end . The threaded portion should be as per size of pumping outlet for proper fixing. The job also includes repairing/strengthening of column pipe by way of cutting old flanges and welding new flanges (80mm).Making of water proof connections to the motor using high grade patch roll and insulation tape and lowering of submersible pump motor set along with submersible cable with the help of clamp sets and chain pulley block by assembling column pipes (50meter approx) one by one along with providing and fitting of rubber joints, nuts and bolts at each joint .Providing and fitting of 80mm NRV on delivery line .The job also includes Providing and fitting of 01 No. fully automatic star delta starter of L&T make suitable for up to 25 HP 3-phase submersible motor, with MN-5 relay of range of 30-50 Amp having built in single phasing and overload protection. The starter must have 03 No. ML-2 contactors of L&T make. The starter must be in sheet-steel enclosure with IP 54o protection. An electronic timer must be fitted to perform the star to delta changeover function and single phase and reverse phase protection. The starter must have voltmeter and ammeter with regulator switch for all the three R,Y and B phases fixed on it. There must be Push buttons for start and stop. There must be two Red and Green indicators on the Starters. The starter is to be fitted on the panel board by drilling holes and using nuts and bolts along with. Providing and fitting of 200 Amp, 415 Volt, HRC fuse type Main Switch of HPL, L&T or some other reputed make and 6 mm sq. 3 core sub.Cable(110mtr) of reputed make from sub. Motor to LT panel by using proper thimbling and insulation tape at both ends.
