Supply, Installation & Testing of House Service Connection to the Consumers of the following ULB under P.H Division, Bhanjanagar at Chatrapur with the provision of cutting of concrete road, cutting grooves on Pucca floor & walls, earthwork in excavation and refilling in all kinds of soil, drilling hole on distribution pipe line with fixing of DI saddle and GM ferrule 15mm x 1/8\" , laying of 20 mm OD HDPE pipe, fittings, bib cock & making good to the road damages with C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm HG chips etc all complete as per requirement at site with uploading of photographs with latitude and longitude details for inspection, supervision and submission of agreement documents duly obtained from consumer as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (for Details refer Section 8 & 9 of the DTCN ).
