    Tender For Design , Supply And Application Of Ceramic Fibre Module Lining For 1 F 1B Furnace Radiant Arch Roof During Refinery-1 M And I Shutdown At Cpcl Manali Refinery , design , supply and application of ceramic fibre module lining ( 1425 c density 160 kg/cum with ss 316 accesories ) in radiant shell / arch roof of furnaces which includes removal of existing modules & disposal within refinery premises , blanket lining , cleaning the surface mechanically , application of 2 coats of epoxy resin paint ( epiples 556 or equivalent ) , welding of studs , application of ceramic fibre blanket of 25 mm thick , ss foil of 0 . 15 mm thick , fixing of ceramic fibre modules and finishing with one coat of zirconia coating etc . modules should be of eil approved make namely lloyd , murugappa morgan thermal ceramics , unifrax , shree ceramics . , for radiant roof of 1 f 1b with total thickness of 200 mm for an area of approx 10 sqm
