Name of Work: Sakatpur Village Water Supply Scheme, Block Rampur Maniharan
1	1	SCHEDULE G-1 (Construction of RCC Overhead Tank of 100 KL Capacity at 12 m Staging from made up level (Made Up Level of OHT will be taken as 0.75 m above from existing ground level))
2	2	Submission of design, drawing and supply of all material, labour T&P etc. and construct as per tenderer's own seismic proof design and drawings (approved by the department) complete Intz type tank on raft or pile cum raft foundation with columns and braces R.C.C. Over Head Tank 100 KL capacity at 12 m staging from made up ground level at site to the top of bottom ring beam of tank, with a minimum free board of 15cm. The design of the tank shall be based on safe bearing capacity of soil at site as 8 T/m2 and depth of foundation as 2.50m from existing ground level on pile/raft foundation. Made up level of OHT will be taken as 0.75 m above existing ground level. Extra earth required for made up level will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. If the bearing capacity of soil is found less than 8 T/m2 as per testing agency report, the contractor will submit the design on the B.C. proposed by the testing agency. No extra payment will be made for this change. If the B.C. is found more than 8 T/m2 as per testing report than the design of OHT shall be done at B.C 8 T/m2 and depth 2.5m or the depth suggested by testing agency. All other details of tank not covered here shall also be as per specifications enclosed. with byepass arrangment.		1	No.
3	3	Submission of detailed design and drawing from any recognized University such as I.I.T. Standard etc. or as per direction of Engineer in-charge.
4	4	R.C.C. as per approved design including fixing various pipes and ventilator top and fixing of M.S. sheet of 10 mm gauge manhole cover of 60 cm x 60 cm size with frame and locking arrangement and railing including supply of all material.
5	5	Spiral R.C.C. stair case with 1.0 m minimum clear width attached with tank body as an access to Balcony and Top Dome of tank from ground level as per design & drawing with 1.25 m high railing and gate with cabin as per specification including supply of all materials.
6	6	Supply and fixing of M.S. ladder from inside of the tank body from roof to the bottom dome of the tank in a slope of 3: 1 (3 vertical: 1 horizontal) with railing as specified.
7	7	Railing on staircase & its landings, all around balcony & top dome for access up to ventilator as specifications including supply of all material. Railing shall be provided in three rows of G.I. pipe 20 mm dia. Also M.S. gate with M.S. wire cage at stairs.
8	8	Supply and fixing of water level indicator as per specifications and fixing of lightening conductor and earth plate etc. as per specifications.
9	9	Testing of tank for water tightness as per specifications enclosed including supply of water.
10	10	Supply of all materials and construction of 80mm thick R.C.C. floor, apron and 15 cm dia semi circular drain around apron in a slope towards wash out chamber.
