All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m and residual chlorine of 0.2mg/ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS system .

The contractor shall maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department . The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & technical specification mentioned in Section-5.
