( B ) It Will Have Suitably Designed Menus , Submenus Tabs And Sub Tabs To Display And Allow Following Minimum Functionality Through Suitably Designed Forms , Queries , Reports Etc . ( I ) Complete And Exhaustive Pers Data Enty/Edit/Add/Delete Functions Etc ( Ii ) Financial & Pay Data ( Iii ) Family Details & Pension Data ( Iv ) Dpc , Macps & Pay Fixation Data ( V ) Trade Test And Promotion Data ( Vi ) Ptos Entry And Updating ( Vii ) Service Book Record To Be Stored In A Scanned Copy ( C ) Search & Customized Query Based On Search Data As Per Requirement Criteria ( D ) Report Generation As Per Standard Formats And As Per The Customized Field Requirement ( E ) The Software Will Scalable , Expandable And With Abilities To Be Implemented Over Web And/Or Over Lan ( F ) The Software Shall Have Built-In Security Features For Operation By Authorized Person Using Biometric Log-In And Safety Against Unauthorized Access And Editing Of Data By Suitable Providing Legacy Rights And Authentication Features And Log Etc ( G ) Online Utility To Capture & Save Photo Of Employee As Well As Body Identification Marks In Database At Every Formation Under Aor Of Hq Cwe Visakhapatnam And Migrate These Details Into Main Program ( H ) One Time Data Entry Of All Records Shall Be Provided Followed By Training For Data Entry Computer Operators And Staff Of Aor Of Hq Cwe Visakhapatnam And Give The Guidance Time To Time In This Regard ( J ) One Year Maintenance Shall Be Provided By The Contractors/Suppliers For Rectifying And Bugs & Defects In The System Cost Of Which Is Deemed To Be Included In The Quote Price .
