Tender For renovation of 50 mgd pump of set no . 7 at ring road sps . , ( a ) 1 renovation of 50 mgd pump of set no . 7 make- ksb ( imported ) by carrying out following jobs:- disconnection of 11 kv supply from ocb & taken out the ocb from panel , decoupling the motor from pump , closed suction & delivery valves 900mm dia removed the pump from suction / delivery system by cutting studs & nut bolts by gas cutter , welding work and manual . , taken out the pump from basement of pump house 15 mtr . deep to floor level by eot crane with all safety precaution followed under nhrc guidelines . , providing & fixing of ms blank flange 35mm thikness on delivery ( 900mm dia ) to prevent the in flow up and down stream . , dismantling of complete rotating assembly of pump by removing of impeller , shaft , bearing coupling & bearing housing , gland plate , sleeve , wearing rings by puller , gas cutter , welding machine and manually . , providing ss gland pate and studs ( as per original ) . , modification in bearing housing for smooth operation / long duration of running of pump . work involved machining for making original shape of bearing housing as per site requirement . replacement of bearing no . 29448 e make skf / fag with proper alignment . , fixing of coupling to put the complete rotating assembly in its position in the casing to put dome and to tight all studs , parts the motor in original position to make alignment to tight all nut / bolts & to fix coupling rubber bush nut & bolts making electric connection of motor , testing and commissioning the same . , transportation i / c loading / unloading on both side from pump house to workshop of firm & from workshop to pump house .
