(ii) The maintenance include applying sleekbase every six month or whenever require as per direction of Engineer in charge with repairs to the wooden surface whever required. (iii) The maintenance include replacement of wooden planks & rectified of any others defects observed as per direction of Engineer in charge except. a) Due to force majeure or. b) Serious loss or damage by fire or c) damage due to Act of God or d) any other cause which is the absolute discretion to the Engineer-in-Charge is beyond the contractors as theft of any parts. (iv) It will be the responsibility of the agency to bring the decking in proper working condition if agency fails to bring the wooden deck in proper working condition within 7 working days after receiving the complaints, the agency shall pay Rs. 100/- per day to the department as a compensation or will be deducted from the agencies bill. (v) Completion of the work for schedule 'A' shall be recorded after its actual completion at site and proportionate security deposit shall be released after completion of one year maintenance period. (vi) Supplementry agreement shall be framed for period the maintenance work of five years. | 171.09 | sqm |
