Supply of plastic chair on hiring basis for one day per the direction of Officer‐in‐charge. 2. Supply of 3 seater sofa set on hiring basis for one day as per the direction of Officer‐in‐charge. 3. Providing and fixing cotton walling of required height made with bamboo frame for one day as per the direction of Officer‐in‐charge. 4. Providing and fixing bamboo framing for fixing banners of required size (10‐0 x 6‐0) for one day per the direction of Officer‐in‐charge. 5. Providing and fixing red carpet of 5‐0 width for one day as per the direction of Officer‐in‐charge. 6. Providing and fixing temporary structures with tarpaulin roofing, cotton walling of 6‐0 made with bamboo framing including cost of all materials labour T& P etc complete as per the direction Engineer‐ in charge. 7. Providing and fixing of 1 height stage including bamboo framing tarpaulin roofing & cotton ceiling including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer‐in‐charge. 8. Supplying 20 ltrs refill water bottle including dispenser 5 nos. including labour, transportation, taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Officerin‐ charge 9. Supplying disposable glass including labour, transportation, taxes etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer‐in‐charge 10. Supplying 200 ml mineral water bottle including labour, transportation, taxes, etc all complete as per the direction of Officer‐in‐charge.
