1. Repair & maintenance of Cooling water system of Machine-II by means of cleaning of water filter assembly main & stand by, opening of pipelines ,cleaning of pipelines free of mud & dirt, changing of worn out clamps, reassembly of pipelines along with necessary seals & washers and allied necessary works. The job includes cost of material, T&P items and labour engaged for the execution of job. Complete job 2. Complete Overhauling of. Oil pressure system with replacement of lubricating oil in TLOP, GLOP and OPU’s and changing of pressure gauge valves, fitting of new gaskets of M/c No.II, cleaning of oil filters of main and standby system, cleaning of magnetic rod, temperature sensor along with its connections with allied works at CHEP-II. The Job includes cost of lubricant oil and materials, carriage and handling of materials both by mechanical transport and by head load and labour charges. Complete job. 3. Cleaning of batteries of 24 V Battery bank at CHEP-II by way of replacing of terminals, opening of strips, cleaning of batteries, greasing of terminals, filling of fresh distilled water upto the required level, erection of strips, testing and commissioning. Cleaning of DC distribution board, replacement of worn out fuses, spraying of CRC, CTC, checking of connections, tightening of nuts & bolts. The material required for the job included in the job like., petroleum jelly, CRC, CTC, petrol, nuts & bolts etc., carriage and handling of materials both by mechanical transport and by head load and labour charges. Complete job. 4. Dismantling of thrust & journal bearing assembly pads and Rebabting of thrust bearing assembly & journal bearing assembly pads including removal of white metal, rebabting, machining and polishing as per sample & their re-erection including dismantling of associated parts for M/c-II at CHEP Stage-II and then reassembling:- i. Thrust Pads – 6 Nos. ii. Journal pads– 3 Nos The Job includes cost of materials, carriage and handling of materials both by mechanical transport and by head load and labour charges. Complete job 5. Repairing of governor system and control unit, cleaning of relays and their contacts, rewiring, checking and replacement of indicators and switches with repair of power supply & relay assemblies with rewiring & replacement of indicator system of M/c-I at CHEP-II.
