    Supply Of Api 5L Grade Line Pipessupply Of Api 5L Grade Line Pipes Under Group-1 , Bidders Shall Quote Landed Price ( Per Mtr . ) Of Coated Pipes At Stockpile Location . This Price Shall Include All Costs Including But Not Limited To Taxes Duties , Levies/Cess/ Handling Charges Etc . , Goods & Services Tax , Gst ( To Be Quoted Separately In The Column No . 15 Of The Price Boq ) , Price Of Bare Pipes , Transportation Of Bare Pipes To Coating Plant , Coating , Transportation Of Coated Pipes To Stockpile ( Stockpiles Of Iocl ) , Unloading And Stacking Of Pipes At Stockpile But Excluding Inspection Charges & Transit Insurance . Bidder Has To Develop The Stockpile Locations , If Required , Such As Weeding Out , Leveling Etc . For Storage , Bidder Shall Provide Adequate Number Of Sand Bags/ Sleepers To Have A Clearance Of At Least 300Mm Between The Ground And Bottom Pipe . Bidder May Visit Respective Iocl Designated Delivery Locations , If So Desired . Also , Unloading Of Pipes Is In The Scope Of The Bidder .
