Replacement of Dust Collector Bags : Collect the required materials from store. Open the manholes and inspection doors of dust collector chamber after getting process clearance. Take out the detached bags / Unmount the bags filled with dust from the chamber as per instructions. Clean the bags. Inspect the bags and frames for any damage. Replace bags and frame as per instructions of engineer in charge. Mount / clamp back the bags with frame onto their position in the chamber and service without any defect. Box up the inspection doors after the completion of work. Clear the site for any scrap and transport the scrap to area earmarked / scrap yard as per instructions.

Inspection of Bucket Elevator: Collect the required materials, tools and tackles from store / work shop. Dismantle the boot cover and top cover of the elevator after obtaining process clearence. Mount the hand rotating fixture on the drive side. Hand rotate the elevator and inspect each bolt for looseness and inspect the buckets. Provide the missing bolts and replace damaged buckets as per instruction. Box up the boot cover and the top cover of the elevator. Check the alignment and couple the elevator with drive unit. [Unit of Each (EA) is for dismantling top and bottom covers decoupling drive unit, hand rotate elevator, inspection of entire buckets and bolts, replacing bolts and buckets and boxing up boot and top covers, alignment, coupling the drive units and handing over].
