tender for Manning And Operation Of electromechanical Installations And Daily Complaints At Cgra Naliya Under Age ( I ) ( Cg ) Jakhau , manning and operation for the e/m installations at icgra naliya with 01 ( one ) electrician semi skilled+01 ( one ) helper unskilled in each shift of 8 hours on three shifts a day round the clock including sundays and holidays including routine preventive maintenance / checks and supply & use of consumable like grease , cotton waste etc and attending breakdown , minor maintenance , and to operate /handle/ maintain the following equipments/ installations for its smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge:- electrical equipment/installation :- ( a ) transformer 160 kva , 11 kv/433 volts , indoor type and 250kva , 11kv/433 volts outdoor type - 02 nos . ( b ) ht two pole structure 11 kv - 02 nos . ( c . ) ht vcb 11 kv - 05 nos . ( d ) gen set salient type , 82 . 5 kva/62 . 5 kva - 02 no . ( e ) apfc panel 50 kvar/75 kvar - 02 no . ( f ) amf panel - 01 no . ( g ) lt panel ( outdoor type ) - 10 nos . ( h ) street light - 178 nos . ( i ) garden light and fountain with sound system ( j ) high mast light-02 nos ( k ) monitring of lt and ht meter reading at top of seb-01 nos water supply equipments:- ( a ) submersible pump set ( 5hp/10hp ) - 05 nos . ( b ) liquid chlorine dozing pump set - 2 no . ( c ) operating of water softner plant 50m3/hr -01 nos . ( c ) lt panel board ( starter ) - 2 no . ( d ) semi underground sump ( 20 , 000 gln ) - 1 no . ( e ) underground sump - 1 no . ( f ) over head tank - 1 no . ( g ) irrigation system of children park - 1no . ( h ) operating water supply distribution valves and system , manning and operation of sewage treatment plant 80 kld under age ( i ) ( cg ) , jakhau at cgra naliya with 01 ( one ) semi skilled fgm in morning shift of 8 hours from 8:00 to 16:00 ( final timing of shift will be decided by engineer-in-charge ) hrs a day including sundays and holidays including routine preventive maintenance / checks and supply & use of consumeable like grease , cotton waste etc and attending breakdown , minor maintenance , and to operate /handle/ maintain the following equipments/ installations for its smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge:- sewage treatment plant 80kld capacity: ( a ) tank-1 solid preparation zone-size ( 35 feet lx8feet dia ) 01 no . ( b ) tank-2 aeration zone-size ( 35 feet lx8feet dia ) 01 no . ( c ) ug treated storage tank capacity 30000 ltr size ( 27 feet lx8feet dia ) -01nos ( d ) sluge recycle pump-01 nos ( e ) air blower-02 nos ( f ) chlorine dosing system ( g ) treated sewage transfer pumps with starter pannel ( h ) distribution of treated water in children park and operating all valve and cleaning of choked sprinkler and filters . , outsourcing of servicing for daily complaint cell and daily routine maints external electric and internal electrical complaints of buildings and installations/street light/security light/excavation for finding fault in cables and attending the all electric relavent complaints within specified time located in cgra , naliya station and icgs jakhau station by providing 01 ( one ) electrician semi-skilled+01 ( one ) helper unskilled in morning shift of 8 hours from 9:00 to 17:00 hrs ( final timing of shift will be decided by engineer-in-charge ) a day including sundays and holidays . note:- ( i ) t&p items , insulation tape , complaint slip and complaint register as per prescribed format will be provided by contractor . ( ii ) electrician on complaint duty shall take complaints and he should be responsible to render feedback . ( iii ) store required for complaints will be issued under sch b of elect supply store . , outsourcing of servicing for manning of complaint cell and daily routine maints external water supply complaints and installations/excavation for finding leakage point in main lines and sub lines of water supply and attending the all water supply relavent complaints within specified time located in cgra , naliya station and icgs jakhau station by providing 01 ( one ) pipe fitter semi-skilled in morning shift of 8 hours from 9:00 to 17:00 hrs ( final timing of shift will be decided by engineer-in-charge ) a day including sundays and holidays . note:- ( i ) t&p items , solution , complaint slip and complaint register as per prescribed format will be provided by contractor . ( ii ) pipe fitter on complaint duty shall take complaints and he should be responsible to render feedback . ( iii ) store required for complaints will be issued under schb items of water supply store , outsourcing of servicing for manning of complaint cell and daily routine maints summer appliances complaints and geyser complaints including shifting of location summer applainces/geyser and attending the all ref sec relavent complaints within specified time located in cgra , naliya station and icgs jakhau station by providing 01 ( one ) ref mechanicsemi-skilled in morning shift of 8 hours from 9:00 to 17:00 hrs ( final timing of shift will be decided by engineer-in-charge ) a day including sundays and holidays . note:- ( i ) t&p items , insulation tape , complaint slip and complaint register as per prescribed format will be provided by contractor . ( ii ) ref mechanic on complaint duty shall take complaints and he should be responsible to render feedback . ( iii ) store required for complaints will be issued under schb items of refrigeration store . note: for boq item no . 1 to 5 ( i ) the installations will be handed over in operating state on the date of commencement of work . ( ii ) the operator shall ensure the serviceability by trial and alert for operation . ( iii ) the work will be continued without holidays . the contractor shall employee extra tradesmen for relief on holidays/weekly holidays . necessary duty roster to be submitted to engr-in-charge every month . the rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect . ( iv ) required fuel to be collected from mes store yard with advance intimation atleast 7 days . ( v ) employ ( electrician/fgm/pipe fitter/ref mechanic ) in each shift ( iti certificate holder from government/government recognised institute having minimum 02 years of working experience in the trade only ) with all protective clothings , maintenance tools , metering equipments , safety equipments for working at above installations and attending complaints . ( vi ) operator must have knowledge of maintaining the log book of dg set / pump set and contractor will be provide all log book duly sprial bind as per prescribed format . ( vii ) all operators shall paid their wages/ salary through bank account only and the proof thereof shall be produced striclty by the contractor while claming the payment and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by labour commissioner . ( viii ) if the operator is found absent from duty a recovery of rs 500/- per shift per person shall be effected from contractors rar or final bill in addit
