( B ) Carry Out The Servicing Work As Required Whenever Possible On A Day Including Sundays & Holidays And During Regular Working Hours . ( C ) Replenish The Gear And Motor Bearing With Necessary Manufacturer Recommended Lubricants Whenever Necessary And All Parts Of The Lift Will Be Checked , Cleaned And Lubricated To Keep Them , Both Mechanically And Electrically In Perfect Working Condition . Replacement Of Unserviceable Parts Will Be Included In Quoted Unit Rate . ( D ) Carry Out According To Its Standards Customary Annual Safety Test To Examine All Safety Devices . ( E ) Lift Amc Will Be As Per Terms And Conditions Of Schindler Company . ( F ) Contractor Has To Submit Amc Within 20 Days After Acceptance Of Tender .
