(A) Disconnecting the pump delivery line and lifting up of US submersible pump and motor 20HP including 100mm dia column pipes - 08 Nos (Each 3 mtr in length) from the bore well including disconnection of electrical connection and lifting arrangement, chain pully, transportating to contractor workshop and back after repair from contractor workshop to worksite lowering, connecting column pipes 08 Nos 3 mtr length and testing all as directed. etc. all as directed - 01 Each Job\n \n(B) M&L for Dismantling of the motor assembling complete and taking out of all unserviceable worn out parts and burnt winding from the stator coil assembly for re-windingand overhauling of pump and rewinding of motor coil assembly complete with new pre insulated copper wire of existing size and gauge all as directed- 01 Each Job\n \n(C) Repairs to pump and motor including replacement of the following spares :-\n (i) Impeller - 04 Nos\n (ii) suction casing - 01 Nos\n (iii) Carbon thrust beaing - 01 Nos \n\n(D) Disconnecting of U/S submersible cable of any size and Supply and fixing new submersible able 3 core 6 sqmm, flat copper conductor - 90 RM (Make - Finolex/MESCAB)\n\n(E) Taking out/Removal of defective Star-delta Starter for submersible pump set complete supply and fixing new Star-Delta complete complete as per existing make and model all as directed - 01 Each Job \n
