Upkeeping of Non-Residential units by brooms, collect the waste, disposal of garbage up to main dustbin, including all T&P required for completion of job as directed by Engineer-in-charge. \n\n(The rates & Prices quoted by the bidder for the above work shall be exclusive of EPF contribution on the part of employer& Insurance, in respect of this contract. The EPF Contribution on the part of employer in respect of this contract shall be paid by the contractor. These contributions on the part of Employer paid by the contractor shall be reimbursed by the Engineer-in-Charge to the contractor on actual basis on production of documentary evidence. Insurance will be reimbursed as per actual, subject to submission of documentary proof. Insurance will be restricted maximum upto 2.55% of basic wage amount)\n
