operation and maintenance of 1200 cm / hr capacity boosting pumping station ( for smooth running of the same ) including operation staffs round the clock for a period of 365 days at peyarabagan , ward no-31 under rajpur sonarpur municipality , operation by manning including minor maintenance by technical hands of 1200cm / hr capacity boosting pumping equipments of the station as exists providing sufficient no of working persons round the clock for a period of 365 days at a stretch . , cleaning the plant and machinery to keep them free from dust , soots and webs using vacum cleaner as per direction of eic . , supply , fitting and fixing new and appropriate sizes gland packing of good quality for pumps and valves after taking out old one as per direction of eic . , checking and greasing all friction generating parts of pumps , motors , bearings , couplings , valves etc with grease of appropriate quantity and quality as per direction of eic . , checking the water gland / bearing , cooling pipes of pumps , air release valves and proper maintenance of the same including supply of all materials as per direction of eic . , supply , fitting and fixing new hrc fuses , indicating lamps and holder resistances for all electrical panels at cwps as per requirments , after taking out the burnt out one including testing as per direction of eic . , topping up of dehydrated graded oil in transformer as per requirment and dehydration of transformer oil at the same time including supply of silica and any minor materials for transformer routine maintenace as per requirement for a period of 365 days . , providing adequate no of security guards round the clock ( for 24 hours on shift basis ) as per general terms and condition for a period of 365 days at a stretch along with prper cleaning and maintaining the whole premises including gardens . , cleaning of deposited / settled sludge / scum from the bottom of ugr by mannual means after complete dewatering the setting basin installing extra submersible pump and all connected tackles . finally spreading bleaching powder properly on wall along with bottom deck . , refilling the 10 ( ten ) no existing fire extinguisher either by lequid or foam as per situation once in a year and checking the out lets and other parts as per specification of the fire code . , checking , greasing , packing and maintaining all friction ganarating spare parts of one no vertical lequid dozing pumps and two no sump pump with grease and packing of appropriate quantity and quality as per direction of eic . , repairing and servicing if necessary the existing 4 ( four ) no ht breaker switchs of the electric pannel as per direction of eic . , repairing and servicing if necessary the existing 4 ( four ) no lt breaker switchs of the electric pannel as per direction of eic . , providing and fixing 12 . 5kva / 25kva capacitor for 3 nos motor as and when required . , providing and fixing lt breaker oxylary contractor for 3nos breaker . , servicing and overhawling of actuator valve . , servicing , overhauling of pdv valve including changing hydrolic oil barrel balancing . , cleaning of entire surface drain and garden area removing / uprooting all sharbs etc . , gst =12% , labour welfare cess= 1%
