Supply , Installation , Testing And Commissioning Of Laundry Equipments Along With Allied Equipments At 500 Bedded :-1.00 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HSD/LDO fired Steam Boiler-IBR approved, 1000Kg/hr capacity along with all accessories as enlisted in annexure B including providing and fitting of Steam reducing station. The job shall also include fabrication of 990 litres, rectangular Day oil tank to be fabricated out of 5mm thick MS sheets duy insulated with 50mm thick thermocol of density 16 Kg/Cubm & covered with 26 gauge aluminium sheet metal cladding and installation of same on the wall by providing necessary MS stand. The tank shall be fitted with automatic fuel level sensor along with providing and fitting of Gear type fuel transfer pump coupled with 3 HP motor. 2.00 Supply installation testing and commissioning of softener plant with FRP body having a capacity of delivering 1500 lts per hour and pressure range between1.5 to 5kgf/cm2. This plant should be able to soften the available water at site and render it viable for use in circuit of the laundry plant. The plant shall be complete with pump set, PVC brine tanks, resin filled tanks, valves and piping grid to deliver the continuous soft water. The untreated water at site can have details as per technical specifications. 3.00 Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of high Carbon Steel seamless piping along with the insulation cladding and pipe supports details as per technical specifications for Steam Line. 8.00 Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Mild Steel seamless piping along with Pipe supports details 12.00 Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Gate Valves (IBR approved) .
