The instrument should be a fully PC controlled simultaneous reading ICP using solid-state detector technology. The ICP should be true simultaneous in all aspects of measurements including simultaneous measurements of all analyte wavelengths, internal standard and background. The System should be based on Polychromator based optical set up for multi element analysis in single Integration time. 2. Chiller/re-circulator should not be mounted to the instrument chassis and should be from the original manufacturer of imported origin.15 L coolant to be supplied along with the instrument. 3. The instrument should be a bench-top design with Duo viewing & Axial mounting torch. 4. System must have the facility to run any wavelength in Axial, radial or both modes in a single method as per the users need. 5. The instrument must have the possibility to automatically switch between axial and radial view (dual view) during an analysis. 6. The Solid state RF generator must run at a frequency of 27MHzwith variable power setting to suit all type of sample applications. 7. The instrument must have Echelle-based polychromator .with minimum optical components to minimize Intensity loss. 8. Detector: Solid state CID detector with simultaneous measurement of multiple wavelengths, ability to recall old emission data. 9. Resolution: 0.007nm or even better at 200 nm. Vendor must certify the resolution specifications which will have to be certified by factory as required. 10. The System must have computer controlled Mass flow controllers on all Argon gas lines including nebulizer, Gas, Plasma Gas & Auxiliary gas, vendor to specify clearly Gas box specifications & certify the same in the offer. As additional Mass flow controller should be provided for makeup gas in the system & should be quoted in the offer. 11. The instrument must be able to determine all desired elements in one analytical method pass. 12. External sample Introduction system with minimum 4 channel Peristlatic pump for maximum flexibility & for use with multiple internal standards & Hydride Generator accessory. 13. The Sample Introduction system should be offered with high throughput Auto sampler having more than 200 sample capacity in optional having X, Y, Z movement. 14. The spectrometer must cover the spectral range of 166 - 840 nm or better. The System must not have any wavelength gaps or missing spectral region or any element wavelength, 15. System should be offered with Computer control continuous flow external Hydride/vapor generation system with software control of Hydride Generator pump & carrier gas full with independent channel for sample ,acid, reductant & drainage for elements such as As, Hg Se, Sb & other Hydride forming elements. 16. It should have an efficient facility for semi-quantitative/full scan analysis of unknown samples. 17. The Instrument must have facility to upgrade to solid sampling analysis using sampling techniques like Laser Ablation. 18. The instrument should have Library of More than 25,000 wavelengths of elements. 19. Sampling Kits for aqueous must be offered as standard. 20. System software: The instrument system software shall be based on the Windows operating system. The software shall provide full control of all instrument functions including plasma ignition, gas flows, viewing position, and monitoring of safety interlocks. All the audit trial requirements as per 21 CFR Part 11 must be a part of the software along with access control and user management system. System should be offered with min 2 offline licenses. 21. Work satisfactory certificate where the offered model is installed and Running Satisfactorily. 22. Accessories: Vendor should quote appropriate fumehood complete including exhaust fan for the ICP system. Vendor should quote filled Argon gas cylinders (04nos) with double stage gas pressure regulator (01 no.), as required by system. Latest PC (Dell/HP//Compaq) and Laserjet Printer ,Gas Purification Station For Argon with Oxytrap, one gas manifold, 15KVA UPS with 30 minute back up should also be quoted. One multi element standard for 21 or more elements should be offered. 23. Including Auto-sampler with at least 250 samples vial capacity including peristaltic pump and rinse station. 1000 vials to be added along with the system. 24. Satisfactory demonstration of the offered model by the vendor at the demo lab/customer place. 25. Price Quote in Indian Rupees Only. 26. Manufacturer should have atleast 25 installations during last three years in India of the quoted or equivalent model only. 27. Manufacturer should have a turnover of Rs. 10.00 crore per annum for 3 consecutive years. 28. Warranty: 2 years.
