    Tender For AC DRIVE UNITITEM LIST :- (1) SUPPLY OF VVVF AC DRIVE, SHALL BE OF MINIMUM 7.5 KW / 10 HP CAPACITY, TO DRIVE7.5 KW / 10 HP, LT/CT CRANE DUTY SQUIRREL CAGE INDUCTION MOTOR, S4 DUTY, 3 PHASE, 415 VAC, 50 HZ, RPM 983, CDF 40% WITH 300 STARTS PER HOUR. THE DRIVE SUPPLY SHALL INCLUDEREQUIRED RESISTOR FOR DYNAMIC BREAKING, RFI FILTER AND CHOPPER. THE DRIVE SHALLHAVE PROVISION TO WORK WITH, DIGITAL INPUT FROM 4 NOTCHES OF EXISTING MASTERCONTROLLER IN EACH DIRECTION. THE DRIVE SHALL HAVE MMI/HMI MOUNTED ON IT TO DISPLAYVARIOUS OPERATING PARAMETER IN ENGLISH. DRIVE SHALL HAVE SELF-MONITORING WATCHDOG FACILITY. HMI SHALL ALSO BE CAPABLE OF EDITING THE DRIVE PARAMETERS AND FAULTINDICATION FACILITY. DRIVE SHALL BE TESTED AT RWF AND TUNED PARAMETERS HAS TO BEGIVEN IN SOFT COPY AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. OPERATING MANUAL IN HARD COPY SHALL BESUPPLIED ALONG WITH DRIVE. PREFERRED MAKE OF AC DRIVES: DANFOSS: VLT AUTOMATION FC-302 SERIES, ALLEN BRADELY: POWER FLEX-700 SERIES, SIEMENS: S-120 SERIES, ABB: ACS-850SERIES ONLY. TECHNICAL LITERATURE OF THE DRIVE OFFERED SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THEOFFER. WARRANTY: 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SUPPLY.
